Sofa Sessions is a "chill open mic experience". Join us every Thursday evening for live music, comedy, poetry readings, drink specials and more! Our space is warm and welcoming, encouraging our patrons to come out of their shells and perform from their hearts.
Please try to arrive by 8:30 to sign up if you are a performer. All we ask is you purchase a drink, relax, and enjoy! There is a free parking lot on NW 2nd St (heading north, make your first right after Pause...and the lot is half a block down on your left), and several parking garages off Atlantic Ave. Please do not park illegally or your car may be towed. Lastly, please keep in mind Pause...is an alcohol-free environment. See you on Thursday!

7PM STORY TIME: Local children's book author Veronica Green will host story time for the kids with a yoga twist, followed by a book signing at 7:30pm.
8PM LIVE MUSIC: Local musician Nathan Mercado of SpiderCherry will perform a set!
We will be offering:
$15 cover for all you can drink Kava ONLY
$25 cover for all you can drink Kava AND Kratom
Food will also be included in your cover charge (Menu TBA), and of course those who do not wish to participate in our "all you can drink" options can pay as you go!
Valet parking available starting at 6:30pm!

2020 mindbody expo

After a successful 2019 event, Pause... decided to get involved. As the Sequoia Sponsor, we are excited to be a part of the 7th annual MindBody Expo! There will be vegan food, phenomenal speakers, fitness demos, and vendors. Come and enjoy special, themed zones designed for the whole family to enjoy, and stop by to visit your friends at Pause... next to the registration tent!
